2021 is the year to maximise your time together as a team!

Most of my ‘people managing’  clients are happy to have 2020 behind them. The mandate to work remotely has meant limited opportunities for team connection and there is now a yearning for quality time together.

Our ways of working and interacting as a team have changed and Managers recognise the importance of maximising those precious moments together. Clients are seeking proven ways to effectively improve team dynamics.

Data-driven team building

Discovering your Team's 'Strengths DNA’ increases team awareness, provides deep insights into what makes your colleagues tick and maximises team collaboration, productivity and efficiency.

Gallup research confirms that strengths-based development interventions have led to teams increasing their productivity by 12.5%.
NurtureLab draws on the highly researched Gallup CliftonStrengths Assessment to identify individual Strengths and create the Strengths profile of a team.

Here's how we incorporate data into team building:

1. ​Each team member completes the CliftonStrengths Assessment to identify their own unique Strengths and what they do best.

2. The results are then explored during a one-on-one Strengths Consultation to deepen self-awareness and increase productivity
based on their Strengths profile. Research has proven individuals will be more energised when they are operating in their Strength zone.
 
3.  Individual Strengths results are then collated to form a Team Grid. This reveals the DNA of the team. All team members explore the Strengths contributions of their colleagues and identify who they can lean on in areas they are not as strong.

4. ​The final step in the Program is a team building session. Teams work together on a real-life business goal whilst intentionally drawing on the Strengths offering of the team.
The benefits of every team understanding each other’s Strengths is significant.
